In Summary the day to day activities of the Board:

Meeting Management and Administration
  • Hold board meetings properly
  • Create and store meeting minutes
  • Hold General Meetings and elections
  • Manage the activities listed below
Financial Management
  • Develop and monitor budgets
  • Collect fees, manage expenses and provide reports
  • Maintain a healthy reserve fund
Maintenance Oversight
  • Schedule or respond to repair needs
  • Hire and manage contractors as needed
Owner Communication
  • Receive and handle requests 
  • Send notices or updates
Insurance & Compliance
  • Maintain proper insurance
  • Follow safety codes
Legal Knowledge
  • Understand condo laws, bylaws, and fiduciary duties conflicts of interest
