Bank Accounts and/or Trust Accounts

Once you have established a board the next most important thing is your bank accounts.​ The board needs bank accounts in order to start receiving owner contributions and begin saving for long term expenses.  You can't start attending the building needs without those funds.  Banks sometimes don't know what type of account these are so you may need to shop around until you find someone who knows what is needed to setup a bank account.  Usually the bank needs the AGM minutes, IDs of some or all of the board members and some form of registries documents.
